This modification allows the operator to set up SSL connection between the clients ( Log Search Server, Log Feeders ) and the Solr server. The operator may specify the location of the trust stores and the key stores ( and also their types and their passwords ), and it is also the operator's responsibility to ensure those trust stores and key stores, containing the appropriate certificates and keys.
