Fix warnings when rule has defscore with no configured score

This was partially fixed in r1926664 but that missed another two places to
change.

Steps to reproduce: Get a hit on a rule that has a defscore but no configured
score. TIME_LIMIT_EXCEEDED has that in the standard rules set and can be tested
with a rule that sleeps 2 secods. Or create a test rule to hit that has a
defscore, no configured score, and hit it.

Expected result: ordinary report of rule hit

Actual result: The rule appears in the report with no score and there are
uninitialized value warnings.
