   There are also instances of this occuring in `Spark3Util`. When we merge in `NOT_STARTS_WITH` operator, we'll also need to consider that (which will be nearby in this function): https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/6731211eaf746c6a4abfe71386ef53172a3fc137/spark3/src/main/java/org/apache/iceberg/spark/Spark3Util.java#L581-L582
