[PR] Remove the deprecated GPars async and events modules [grails-core]

jamesfredley opened a new pull request, #16730:
URL: https://github.com/apache/grails-core/pull/16730

   ## Summary
   - Remove `grails-async-gpars` and `grails-events-gpars`. They were deprecated for removal when the Groovy 6 `groovy.concurrent` replacements landed in #16620.
   - Stop the cache plugin from publishing an unused GPars dependency, so Grails 10 no longer puts GPars on the application classpath.
   - Document the removal and the `grails-async-groovy-concurrent` / `grails-events-groovy-concurrent` replacements in the Grails 10 upgrade guide.

   ## Test plan
   - [x] `:grails-cache:test`
   - [x] `:grails-events-core:test`
   - [x] `:grails-async-groovy-concurrent:test`
   - [x] `:grails-events-groovy-concurrent:test`
