I filled the Jira after the changes proposed in it were already committed, https://github.com/apache/qpid-dispatch/commit/34040b4c8c8aabd6339e243c18e1becf7668510b . I did not notice before, apologies.

The only thing from the issue that has not been addressed is the first part, Explain what is meant by "any standard AMQP managed endpoint".
