James 2.3 + IMAP Experimental

 
Dear all,

I would like to give IMAP a try, is it possible to combine a 2.3 James with
the experimental IMAP code? If a choose a nightly build all other components
would be also unstable, so it would be good to rely on the stable code for
all other services.

By the way, does it make sense to try IMAP or is it to pre-pre-alpha?
