## Description:
Apache Sling™ is a framework for RESTful web-applications based on an 
extensible content tree.

## Issues:
There are no issues requiring board attention.

## Membership Data:
Apache Sling was founded 2009-06-17 (12 years ago)
There are currently 49 committers and 29 PMC members in this project.
The Committer-to-PMC ratio is roughly 7:4.

Community changes, past quarter:
- No new PMC members. Last addition was Angela Schreiber on 2021-03-16.
- No new committers. Last addition was Joerg Hoh on 2021-03-03.

## Project Activity:

Work continues on various individual modules, with 31 releases for this
reporting period.

Our sample application, the Sling Starter, was last released on October
23rd
2018 with version 11. Work has resumed for version 12 with the aim to
finish
the migration to the feature model.

## Community Health:

There is a decrease in contributions across the board, from Jira
activity
(down ~40%) to pull requests (down ~20%). The trend needs to be tracked
across
a larger interval to see whether this is seasonal or not.
