[jira] Created: (SMX4-144) Extending the OSGi JMX management
framework
Extending the OSGi JMX management framework
-------------------------------------------
Key: SMX4-144
URL: https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SMX4-144
Project: ServiceMix 4
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: David Greco
Attachments: patch_file.txt
It would be nice having exposed as JMX operation all the OSGi available commands. For example, starting, stopping and especially updating a bundle from a JMX console is very useful in the round trip development cycle.
I've already implemented most of the OSGi commands and I'm putting the patch as an attachment.

--------------------------------
Superseeded by the use of RFC0139 (JMX management of OSGi) which is much more complete.

David,
one comment without having a look at your patch.
We simply can't apply it because you didn't grant ASF the license.
Please re-attach the patch and this time check the radio buttons for legal stuff.
Regards
Lars
