Other PermissionFalg on add_node Action

is it possible to put a other permission flag (CREATE) to
the accessMgr on add_node action ?

it will be for me very helpful to know if a node will be added or only a save will be performed.
the problem comes from a webdav scenario...

If i open a word-file it should be possible to save the document but i will
prevent that a user can save the docuemtn with a other name in the repository.
