   ### Description
   
   There are testSerde(), testDeserialization() in ColumnCapabilitiesImplTest in `processing project`. There is no reason to add testDeserialization() test because the serialization and deserialization tests are performed in the Serde() test. Is there any other reason?
   
   ### Motivation
   
   Test cases are not free, If there is not any other reason, how about removing testDeserialization ?
   If there is any other reason, how about adding new testSerialization ?
