Followed the steps and it all works nicely.

I have a new version of the `rebar.config.script` patch that works against current master (let’s not do this again). The patch also adds non-mono-repos to `.gitignore` instead of `src/` wholesale: https://gist.github.com/janl/d6400d681f3a1cd0299bf1a0136bc2da

Cluster stands up, make check works fine.

We should now start an Infra ticket to coordinate when they can disable notifications and whatever else we need to get this up.
