[apreq-2] apreq_rfc_822_date?

In trying to build the perl glue for apreq-2, I get a link error
due to a missing symbol apreq_rfc_822_date (coming from
glue/perl/xsbuilder/Apache/Cookie/Apache__Cookie.h). Is this just
premature, and this is coming later? Or should apr_rfc822_date
(from apr_time.h) be used?

Typo- should be apr_.  Just committed the fix.
