   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   Add a remediation insight panel to the existing Broker and NameServer configuration drift dialogs. The panel summarizes reachability, compared fields, drift fields, unreachable targets, unconfigured fields, majority reference values, outlier targets, and ambiguous values so operators can review drift before applying any configuration change.
   
   This is frontend-only and uses the existing configuration diff results. It does not introduce a backend contract change or automatically modify cluster configuration.
   
   ## Brief changelog
   
   - Added shared config drift insight modeling for Broker and NameServer diff results.
   - Added a reusable config drift remediation panel to the Cluster config diff dialogs.
   - Added focused utility and Cluster page tests for clean, blocked, alignable, unconfigured, and ambiguous drift cases.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   - `npm run test -- src/utils/configDriftInsights.test.ts src/pages/cluster/__tests__/ClusterPage.test.tsx`
