Findbugs and patch process

I'm experimenting with Findbugs in our automated patch process.  The  
process now runs Findbugs before the patch is applied and after, then  
diffs the output.  If any new warnings are introduced (but everything  
else passes), then a +0 comment will be entered in Jira along with a  
link to the diff output.

Let me know what you think.
