Status update

Peoples,

Just to let you know where everything is.  Dims imported the code into 
SVN some weeks back, but no work has been done on comitting updates 
(that I'm aware of?).

I am personally waiting on getting Walter and Noah sorted out with SVN 
accounts before I start touching anything, as they are the core people 
that we need active.

We are currently working through CLAs for Walter and Noah, but I'm not 
too sure how long it will take.
