[Bug 100350] docx import: table not correctly imported

Simple document containing table as a starting point.

This is a relatively simple docx file typical of those used by the department
for education in the UK for collecting data from third parties. If we can't
import/export these files with reasonable fidelity it makes migration from MS
Office to OpenOffice impossible for anyone working with the government in the
UK. LibreOffice makes an even worse job of the table. Google Docs WP does a
pretty good job.
