erlang reloader on Windows

Hi,

I start CouchDB with the couchdb.bat script on windows and it works,
however I used to be able (prior to 0.11) be able to reload code using

%ERL% -run reloader -sasl errlog_type error -s couch

when I updated a beam, this isn't working any more - if someone has
this working can they share please as restarting CouchDB to try out
changes is getting annoying :-)
