RowCoderGenerator.encodeDelegate can be optimized to only call getValue once per field, rather than twice that it does now.
Currently it'll call getValue once in scanNullFields to find if the field is null, and then another time to actually encode the value. This can add unnecessary overhead if `getValue` needs to do expensive operations to transform the wrapped value to a beam Row value (for example, recursively translating a map or Row).

I chose to use a simple for loop to avoid some intermediate object allocations w/ IntStream, Collect, etc, since this is a pretty hot-path method.

Review comment:
unfortunately I don't think this is the same. Row.getValue() currently does a deep conversion while Row.getValues() does not (e.g. see RowWithGetters.getValue v.s. getValues()).
It's possible that Row.getValues() should be equivalent to calling getValue() on each element. I don't remember whether there was a good reason or not for it to be differentt.

It looks like Row.getValues is often used to do a raw copy - e.g. return Row.withSchema(schema).attachValues(row.getValues());
If you want to do a larger refactor (and intelliJ should make this easy), you can rename getValues() -> getRawValues(), and add a new getValues() that does what you want; this might make the Row methods a bit less confusing. Otherwise you can simply do it inline here - e.g. IntStream.range(row.getSize()).map(i -> row.get(i)).collect(Collectors.toList());
