[views] skin update

Greetings everyone,

There are some minor updates to the yet-to-be-named skin. As always,
you can check it out at http://resolute.ucsd.edu/diwaker/. Changes:

o [new] siteinfo-credits contract
o [updated] search-input contract
o minor updates to the sknning of the search box and credits
o minor updates to skinning of the footer
