How to checkout the SVN HEAD version for log4cxx?

Hi,
What is the URL where from where I can check out the SVN Head version?
Please let me know.
Also I am working on a windows desktop.
Would it be easier (and quicker) to build it using Visual Studio 2005 
OR
Using cygwin?

As far as getting the HEAD, this page details how you can do that:

I've never built log4cxx on Windows, so perhaps someone else can answer that
better.
