WSDL2Java / Java2WSDL - duplicate parts now

Maybe we all know this already..

but Ant's change "Split Axis2 tools into two" in r501879 leaves all the W2J
parts in the J2W folder and vice versa.

Did you mean to only copy the J2W parts into the new J2W, etc.?

In other words, did we intend to have parts in directory:
....\sca\extensions\axis2\tools\wsdl2java\src\main\java\org\apache\tuscany\tools\java2wsdl
