[VOTE] Release Apache Seata (Incubating) 2.1.0-RC1 (Round1)

Hi Seata Community,

This is a call for vote on releasing Apache Seata(incubating)
2.1.0-RC1. This is the first release of Apache Seata(incubating).

The release candidates:

I have done the following checks:
Checked the files at this address [1], including their sha512 hashes, Asc
signature, GPG signature, all verification passed
Checked the released file on GitHub[2], the file and version are correct
and can be downloaded normally

This issue has been fixed in RC2 release. You can execute the
following command line tests.
./mvnw clean package -DskipTests=true

For MAC MI architecture, in addition to the above method, you can add
-Parrch64 profile to solve this issue.
./mvnw clean package -DskipTests=true -Parrch64

The Seata project consists of two parts: seata-client and
seata-server. apache-seata-2.1.0-src.zip is the source package of the
entire project, and apache-seata-server-2.1.0-bin.zip is the binary
package of seata-server. Please give some guidelines and suggestions
on whether to use the same name here.

The maven-wrapper.jar here is only used for mvnw packaging. Please

The possible reason here is that after RC1 canceled the vote, I
removed the original commit tag. This tag is checked correctly for
now, but it already points to RC2's commit id.

Your feedback has already been given in this thread. In addition, the
RC1 version had some compatibility issues, which have been fixed in
the RC2 version. Please help check in the voting thread [1] for the

Thank you, Jingliu Xiong, for reporting the compatibility issue. We
have now reproduced the compatibility problems between the io.seata
and apache.seata packages, and therefore, I will cancel this round of
voting. Once these issues have been resolved, I will initiate a vote
for the release of version RC2.

As for the process concerns raised by Wu Sheng, I will make the
necessary corrections in the next voting round.

I confirmed what you found. This is indeed a bug that affects users of
lower versions when they upgrade to 2.1. I have submitted a PR for the tcc
issue, and I recommend that this vote be terminated until these two issues

When I use seata-samples to finish&nbsp;&nbsp;regression tests, I find some issues in&nbsp;TCC&nbsp;and&nbsp;Saga&nbsp;test. It seems&nbsp;both TCC and Saga have compatibility issues with APIs.
We have to fix them before the release and have test for another turn.

About this vote, I used `./mvnw clean package`, but got the following error
```
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal

```

Is there a compiling doc missed in the vote mail? This error seems the
compiling process assumes we should be in the git env. But this vote
is targeting for your source tar on the SVN.
