(1) 2 new topbar menu items - project and teams (former projects of OOo)
(2) Missing content from eu (Basque?) site.
(3) Some fixes for content with "//" links instead of "/" links.
(4) Map OOo mailing lists emails for ooo-users, ooo-dev, ooo-announce and ooo-marketing to various users, dev, discuss, and announce at OOo mailing lists.
