[users@httpd] Non-ASCII/EBCDIC encodings

Hey all,

Is it possible to accommodate non-ASCII encodings for the URL and header
variables in Apache modules? The HTTP specification doesn't seem to
exclude the option of alternate character sets. I know that Apache for
Windows NT uses UTF-8 for filename encodings. How do foreign users of
Apache get it running?

Thanks.

Dave
