This seems a typical example of a profile problem, to be solved by renaming the
user profile. See the first item at

Attachment displays OK under English (New Zealand).
Is it the only document that displays incorrectly?
Try Tools - Options... - Language Settings - Writing Aids - Edit... - Get more
dictionaries online...
