Security Manager Removal

There is a JEP to deprecate the Security Manager.

Is that relevant for JSPWiki? There is the jspwiki.policy, does
anybody know, if that needs the security manager?

Hi Jürgen

IIRC, the freshcookies dependency uses the security manager under the
covers, and there's also some code inside JSPWiki using the security
manager.

We even have https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-129
(JSPWiki cannot run under a security manager), which was meant to
fully support it.

I suppose we'll have to replace all the security manager calls
somewhere down the road..
