Hi Rohit,
I can't reproduce either and got an image to be uploaded, see https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/EditPartyContents?contentId=10001&partyId=admin&partyContentTypeId=INTERNAL&fromDate=2019-08-26%2017:41:12.835 today.
Not sure what you want to do. It seems to me that this issue should be closed as "can't reproduce"
