Format for a Release Plan

Hi

I'm writing a release Plan for the Axis cpp.I was surfing the Apache site
as well as other sites to get a reference to write it and couldn't find
unique format for that.I'm not true sure about the containts of a release
plan and I would like to write it to full fill your expected details.Can
any body help me in this.
