November report

Our report to the Incubator PMC is late.  Here's what I've got:

 * Release 0.3.0-incubating was released with many new features
   and fixes.
 * Dan Diephouse joined the project as a committer and has been
   working on significant improvements to the Abdera server code
 * Documentation for the project has been greatly improved.
 * There are ongoing performance improvements
 * The project is working towards graduation, with the primary remaining
   goal being diversity of committers.

Anything else before I submit?
