Socket error

I'm getting the following error:

Dec 25 11:53:59 pinnacle spamd[30194]: spamd: could not create INET
socket on 127.0.0.1:783: Permission denied

How do I change the port?

I'm running SpamAssassin 3.1.7 with postfix and procmail on FreeBSD 6-STABLE

Use the -p option to spamd
