It is common to have many dags but in the UI stats are only shown at per dag level .

a) 
Would be nice to have an overall (across all dags) total of num of dagruns running, num of tasks failed/running/skipped.etc
ie a snapshot summary of the sum of stats across all dags
b) 
not related to summary but also potentially sort the dags in the ui so that dags that have a DagRun currently running are shown on 1st page of ui (as not all dags fit on 1st page).
