MERLOT XMLEDITOR and the DTD of cocoon

I have download the MERLOT XMLEDITOR, but when i want to create a
XML file, the editor want a DTD.
Does somebody know where i can download the DTD of XSP and all libary
(sql, mail, ...) of COCOON
