   ### What happened
   
   When I successfully installed the SkyWalking PHP Agent extension and restarted the php process, an error was reported：

   ### What you expected to happen
   
   I expected it report success
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   When I successfully installed the SkyWalking PHP Agent extension and restarted the php process, an error was reported：
