Axis + JXTA
hi
can I use axis with jxta. I want to wrap an axis request in a Jxta
request and on the other side unwrap it and wrap the response in a jxta
response.
Any pointers on how can i do this? is there a sample available somewhere ?
thanks
Sanjay

Hi Sting & ChoJun
Where can I find your implementation of this system.
Can you please share it .. or send as mail attachment to me if not on
the group.
I am definitly interested in this and dont want to reimplement the
axis-jxta bridge ..

SOAP 1.1 section5 & Axis1_2
Posted by Balaji D L <ba...@yahoo.com>.
Hi,
Is axis1_2Alpha version is using
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/ or
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema for encoding
primitive types like int,sting,byte etc.,
I ask this, coz i found the axis1_2Alpha is using SOAP
encoding instead of literal encoding, and this is not
accepted by .NET WSDL2VB exe's.
The previous stable version Axis1.1 was using literal
encoding for the same settings.
Can someone comment on this please ?

Balaji

Hi, dims & dahiya:
We've created the project "JXTA & Web Services Gateway" on SourceForge
U can have ur browser link to http://sourceforge.net/projects/j-x-w-s--gw/
and U can find it.
Because ChoJun & me developed this prototype since the end of year 2002,
and we couldn't have enough time to maintain these code
so we need time to get prepared & put these code into SourceForge
also, we're working on writing document pages for this project,
we really need more time....

Sting, ChoJun,
If you intention is to donate this software to Apache....first step would be to fill up the
Contributor License Agreement and the Software Grant available at http://www.apache.org/licenses/
(follow directions on the form). Then you can create a Bugzilla Enhancement Request and upload
your zip file with source code and docs to the bug request itself.
Thanks,
dims

Hi, dahiya, dims & all:
atached is our design & implementation on JXTA & Web Services Gateway
we statrted this project in the end of year 2002,
but we don't have time to maintain this project. since May, 2003
we had finished the prototype of this gateway,
and we intended to setup a project on SourceForge,
but it has not been done yet!
because we don't have enough time to do this.
we want to share our desgin and implementation to all that are
interested in this project.
if U have any comment on our design,
please don't be hesitate to let us know
