APISIX 所有的资源对象的 ID，均使用字符串格式，如果使用的上游 ID、服务 ID 或其他资源对象的 ID 大于 14 个字符时，请务必使用字符串形式表示该资源对象。例如：
"plugin_config_id": "1234a67891234apisix",
"service_id": "434199918991639234",
"upstream_id": "123456789123456789"
