Reindexing run via oak-run tool redirects all the important reindexing information to STDERR.
This is due to https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/blob/trunk/oak-run/src/main/resources/logback.xml#L55-L57

In this particular case, the information should be redirected to STDOUT since it is important information related to reindexing.
