Add User SQL Statement

Problem?

I set up my oracle 8i db using the turbine oracle
how-to doc.  My update to the turbine account is
fine...and works great...My seq and trig are both set
up.  My add user does not work though...I get 'Table
or view does not exist'

Is there something that im missing?

Also, There is a datasource file in the conf dir. What
should be done there.  I saw no mention of this in the
doc.
