Since {{void build(Closure callable)}} does not have a {{@DelegatesTo}} annotation, it is indicating that the resolve strategy of the closure will be {{OWNER_FIRST}} (the default value).  However, you have called the closure using {{DefaultGroovyMethods.with}}, which has a closure resolve strategy of {{DELEGATE_FIRST}}.

I believe that the compiler expects a {{List}} because that is what the owner provides for "bar", however {{with}} is trying to resolve "bar" against the delegate which is a {{Foo}}.  As part of this, looks like {{propertyMissing}} is getting invoked.
