Resolution: Fixed
Resolving – it's close enough, given how large it was before. We might still remove this lingering jar.
I think someone wanting to learn how to write a Solr plugin might best be served by looking at existing ones, and having an increasing number of them hosted off of our repo is helpful in that regard. We needn't have this last jar as a "signal" to it being possible.
