[ANNOUNCE] Apache Solr Logo Contests

By popular demand (and after a few false starts) Solr is holding a contest 
to pick a new Solr logo.  Full details about the contest, and how to 
submit an entry can be found on the wiki...

Note: the deadline for submissions is November 20th, 2008 @ 11:59PM GMT.

In the interest of encouraging a wide and varied selection of submissions, 
we encourage you to forward this information to any talented graphic
