Eclipse configuration

hi, Im a new user of OFBiz, have a problem witch configuration of 
Eclipse,... helpme...
Im use Debian GNU/Linux . . .
I try with two tutorial and I cant do this...
Sorry i dont speek english very well :P
Im speek Spanish . . .
