[jira] [Created] (HBASE-9540) Fix race condition in namespace janitor

Francis Liu created HBASE-9540:
----------------------------------

Summary: Fix race condition in namespace janitor
                 Key: HBASE-9540
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-9540
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Francis Liu

Namespace janitor cleans up orphaned namespace directories on hdfs and znodes on zk. As it stand it could potentially cleanup namespaces that are in the process of being created.
