wie wird bei dir denn php geladen ?? 
per module oder über CGI

wenn per CGI versuchsmal mit der module version...
!!! Aber Noch die php4ts.dll nach WINNT\system32 kopieren !!!!

LoadModule php4_module "C:\path\to\php4apache.dll"
AddModule mod_php4.c

wenn das net klappt nimm doch mal php4.3.2 oder gar 4.3.5RC2

das updaten geht fix...und problemlos !!!

aber den Apache aufgeben....nee das würd ich net !!!
