[3rd pary jars] dom2-cr, sax-2.0
These two jars only appear in xml-contrib/spinnaker/lib. Since
spinnaker was the old name for crimson, and the CVS for it is empty, I
think that we should delete these two jars.

If you have commit privs on xml-contrib, could you do the cvs delete?

I think spinnaker is obsolete so deleting those jars is fine. BTW, I
don't think spinnaker was an old name for crimson, but of a different
project.
