   @saj9191 do you have the controller logs?
   
   ```
   wskadmin syslog get -g 21df2624bcedb62a82389cc73521d4f8
   ```
   
   where `21df2624bcedb62a82389cc73521d4f8` is the error code from your catalog deploy logs in this case would show the logs from the controller.
   
   this usually means the database is not ready or not accessible.
