Currently Tiles refers to Struts' Checkstyle configuration.
But there are some cases where Struts configuration does not adapt to Struts custom needs. So a Tiles Checkstyle configuration should be established.

Resolution: Fixed
Tiles checkstyle configuration established.
It is equivalent to the Struts one, with the difference that there should be no space around generics angular brackets.
