   @dailidong @CalvinKirs @xingchun-chen Please review🙏. This pr solves the scalability of master and worker by `docker-compose`, and I have tested it.
   
   Removing container_name is convenient to scale master or worker like `docker-compose up -d --scale dolphinscheduler-worker=3`
