[users@httpd] Could not initialize random number generator

Hi

I ma getting error while starting apache server

 [pid 754974769] (os 0x07f541f0)Unrecognized resolver error: AH00141: Could
not initialize random number generator.

What are the reasons for this type of error.

This is often caused by a bad PATH (or a bad character in the PATH) or a missing rng.
