[jira] [Commented] (SAMZA-1109) Creating Serde regristry to support typed data serdes in samza-api

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-1109?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15933570#comment-15933570 ]

Yi Pan (Data Infrastructure) commented on SAMZA-1109:
-----------------------------------------------------

[~navina], I discussed w/ [~pmaheshwari] on this ticket today. The requirement of having the serde classes in the API will be removed in the first stage. We will work on a more complete solution with Serde registry table next, as addition to the current API. If we still need it in the complete solution later, we will re-visit this ticket. For now, I will change the title of the ticket to "Creating Serde regristry to support typed data serdes in samza-api"
