Marking Table Headers

Hi , 
I would like to mark the Heading of Tables as follows

Heading1    Heading2    Heading3    Heading4    Heading5
--------------------------------------------------------

specifically 
I don't want the left and right vertical lines to be printed.

How can i do it..??
